« Chambre qui avait des prises sans cache et donc avec des fils Ă©lectriques apparents ! L’hĂŽtel n'a pas voulu nous changĂ© de chambre et a juste mis du scotch. Le rideau Ă©tait cassĂ© et bloquĂ© Ă  mi-niveau. J'ai du le faire descendre en forçant, car aucune solution proposĂ© par l’hĂŽtel ! Rien changĂ© ou rĂ©parĂ© la nuit suivante... Les matelas des canapĂ©s-lits sont trop petit et laisse apparaĂźtre tous les parties mĂ©tallique coupantes et/ou dangereuses pour les enfants. L’ascenseur se bloque et fait...

« The room was disappointing and not what I expected for a BW hotel. The tub was rusted and not clean. The shower leaked water for a long time after I turned off the water. The carpet had stains and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time . Breakfast was fine. »

« The Gaylord was so nice and huge! The pool was amazing and didn’t seem overly crowded. No need to save pool chairs when they first open unless you want the front row. Our room was really clean and still smelled new! also, don’t fall for the valet like we did the first night. It’s $65 to valet and the parking wasn’t bad at all. It’s connected to the hotel and a nice walk through the property. You won’t regret staying here »
