« The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing. »

« Shower needs a hand rail and needs a towel rack. No hangers in close. No sponge in Kitchen. The bed we did mid not find at all comfortable. The best thing is it was all very clean and very convenient to hospital! Allyssa nice and availale. »

« I had surgery at the Optim Orthopedics center. Our stay at "Cypress" Cottage was within walking distance of the center. Very clean cottage and everything was in good working order. Would recommend this little compound to anyone who has the need to stay in the area. »
