« Parking easy. Very clean room. Ft Scott is a small city and I thought it would be low quality but I was happily surprised! Updated, clean, easy to drive to. Plenty of really good restaurants nearby!! »

« Thermostat on room wall did nothing. Found out the AC had to be controlled at the cooling unit itself. Rooms are showing their age. Large piece of baseboard was coming off the wall by the coat closet. Found trash in drawer of bedside table. Nothing really significant, but enough to make us look for other places to stay. »

« Room was clean, bath/shower is unsafe, tv's need upgraded, maybe an emergency generator for power outage. Staff watched me walk right by going towards my room and they could have at least said something about the power being out and that our room key would not work. Creepy hallways in the dark. We had to walk back up front and request access into our room. I did not feel safe. »

« Very dated in all ways. We had a room without a pullout couch. There were no pillows in the room for the bed. We went to the front desk and asked to which they replied..."we don't have pillows" How is that possible? When we used the pool on Saturday no one had been in to clean since the night before. A entire basket full of dirty towels, pool was dirty, and random items in the pool (floaties) trash on all the tables. When we went to ask for towels for the pool. They also said they didn't have...
