« Location was unbeatable. Easy parking. Easy access for Allendale and Brentwood. This is honestly almost the only positive aspect for this place. It is neither Boho nor a guest house, but a poorly maintained studio in disrepair and dirty.The towel rack in the shower is rusted over, as are the shower curtain rod and curtain rings. One of the bathroom lights is missing a cover and the inside and bare bulb is covered in some kind of grimy substance. The ceiling fan over the bed is missing a remote....

« Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it! »

« First of all the pictures do not do justice to this place. It is pretty new construction with upgraded fixtures. The location is a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenience stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown but yet far enough away. The person who manages the property is very responsive… within minutes. The owner lives on site but you wouldn’t know it unless you need help. I would love to rent this again. »

« We were very impressed with this house. It was clean & inviting. It had all the necessities and a cute coffee station. The giant deck was a great place to have our morning coffee. It was only a 5 minute drive to Arkansas Bend Park & Lake Travis. I would definitely stay here again! »
