„Clean, restful, kind staff“

„The staff was wonderful and the that was a great place to watch the game if you didn't have tickets. Lots of friendly people the place was beautiful and clean. The walk to campus was a little longer than expected, but still very walkable.“

„Room needs black out blinds. The white one allows a lot of light to make the sleeping area too bright.“

„Staff was helpful and welcoming, the bathroom is definitely in need of updating and the breakfast could use a little upgrade; location is perfect!“

„Aufenthalt war okay, Preis-Leistung angemessen.“

„Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Gutes Essen im Hotel. “

„Clean room. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately the walls are pretty thin so we could hear the neighbors tv through the walls until quite late. Otherwise very clean and very comfortable“

„We had a great stay at Tru by Hilton in Wytheville! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day and friendly staff. The only minor inconvenience was getting to the hotel due to ongoing construction near the interstate, which made access a little challenging. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!!“

„Shower in room was dirty (def not cleaned properly as there was hair all over the one wall from someone shaving). Pieces of chips on floor by bed. Staff was very uninterested and unapologetic about the state of the room. I was told housekeeping was not available to address the issue. The rest of the hotel seemed like it was well kept and location to campus was convenient.“
