„De La Poste is a good hotel at a fantastic price. The staff are lovely, they serve a good breakfast, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. This was our second time staying at the hotel and I would stay again. Sure, the advertised wifi isn’t available but that is a small inconvenience. With all that has happened in the last 6 years, it is a small miracle that independent, family hotels still exist in Egypt. “

„The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy.“

„I was on a business trip in Port Said and the rooms are to big 92m² for me. It's like an apartment. The romms are very clean und new. Phantastic Pool and nice Pool Bar. “

„Goodbye“

„It’s so over priced for the place , amenities and service provided , the description on the internet should be more accurate, it’s only one pool, rooms are away from the beach, no bars at the beach or the pool were working, basic supplies are not available (shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, coffee mate), safety was an issue as there was stray dog at the entrance of our building“

„Schönes Resort und alles war ok. Große Zimmer und schöne Poollandschaft.“

„Super clean and modern resort 👌“

„I stayed at this hotel for one night and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price point. For €200 per night, I expected at least a comfortable and updated room. Instead, the furniture was noticeably outdated and in need of renovation. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Dinner was average, but what really surprised me was being charged extra for drinks—something that wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. At this price range, I ...
