« We chose this condo for our 4 night stay in Key West for its relative proximity to the activities we'd be doing and for being a bit removed from the Duval Street busyness. Pre-arrival communication was fantastic, with Kim and Jennifer providing us all the information we needed. « Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...
