Présence de cuve de carburant bateau, mauvaises odeurs fortes empêchant de profiter de l'extérieur, présence de moustiques Nombre de chaises insuffisant par rapport aux nombres de couchages (4 chaises à l'extérieur et 2 chaises bar à l'intérieur pour 8). « Cute little cottage perfect for my wife and I. Location is ideal for those who want to be in the heart of old town , only a block from Duval and within a stone’s throw of several great places to get drinks or food. The home is older , but was clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to the owners for two small issues which were addressed very quickly. »

« This place was perfect for a getaway in Key West. The location was close to many great restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotless. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend, I would definitely stay there again. »

« Really cool little "resort". Room was clean, nicely laid out, and it was nice to have a pool and laundry facilities. Location was great for me to dive in Key West or Middle Keys. Only complaint was TV not working correctly 2 out of 5 days and I have to watch morning news/weather and in the evening wind down. Could just be Direct TV issue? Regardless I would recommend the stay. »

« My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, the beautiful view, the prime location for great places to eat and things to do, the short drive to Key West and Bahia Honda. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy and all was as described. Susan was quick in responding to any questions we had. We will stay here again, I’m sure. »

« This property could have been amazing but it needed a lot of TLC. The cottage was mostly clean but there were a few issues for me. Some crumbs still on kitchen counter top, dirty front porch and you could tell light switches we not wiped down - they were dirty. The property grounds were disappointing as well. the rusty grill, the torn up lawn chairs.thrown around. Definitely needed work around the property. »

« We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. « Property was adorable! Had all that we needed. Good use of space for a smaller home but decorated beautifully. The only issue was overflow parking as we had two cars and a boat trailer. We decided to put the trailer in overflow recommended but that was three miles away further than security said quarter mile. Where we stored though, Mitch and Rich, were great. We would come back again but with one less vehicle »

« Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay...

« La péniche est extrêmement sale. Nous avons dû enlever la MOUSSE de poussière sur les cadrage de Fenetre afin de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres. Il y a la porte potio qui ne barre pas donc comme sécurité c’est pas fort. Odeur indésirable dans la péniche . Literie douteuse!! Les édredons sur les lits sont poussiéreuse, tu bouges les rideaux des fenêtres et la poussière tombe . Domage car ça beaucoup de potentiel mais c’est trop mal entretenu et très négligé. "Très bel établissement, bien entretenu, activités possibles ( vélo, kayak, yoga), système de navettes toutes les heures vers centre très pratique ( 15minutes),piscines très agréables ! Seul tout petit bémol: un matelas très très mou….je recommande !"
