„The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer ...

„It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare“

„The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.“

„Not a very good environment. People staying there seem to be living in the hotel. There is no AC and the rooms and corridors have a very bad smell. No suitable, especially not for the price.“

„I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. “

„We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. We do not recommend any other People to book this Apartment, if u ignore our Comment and do then you are gonna have fun… Good luck..“

„All I can say is that it’s a bed of indeterminate age with some other stuff acquired from other freecycle groups. It’s clean enough but I didn’t use the shared bathroom or toilet. Chap who signed me in was friendly and efficient. You get what you pay for. “

„The shower had only one heat setting - scalding. The sink taps wobbled and the sink was almost blocked. Otherwise everything was fine.“
