„Pros: The location of the property is excellent if you're interested in staying UES of the city. Pics are accurate in terms of size for NYC it's a spacious studio. Studio was very clean as it was recently renovated. Loved that I didn't need keys or a code to remember to access the building & unit as they have you download an app and send a code for your stay so all you have to do is wave your phone & unlock the door! „A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.“

„Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. „Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen. ...

Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. „The property was located next to subway stations, food, and groceries. We had to ask for the door codes the day of check in even though we were supposed to receive them after 11 AM. The property was listed as brand new and clean but there were crumbs left on the floor and the eating utensils had residual food on them. We needed to wash them before using.“

„It’s going to be very difficult (or expensive) to find a stay that tops this place in Manhattan when traveling with family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. Communication was very quick and they answered all of my issues. „Great location for this condo in New York. One the third floor and must walk up 45 steps to get to the apartment. One queen bed and the other three were double beds. It worked out fine for us but the beds were small. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen with coffee available. My kids complained about the traffic noise at night and one night jackhammers started at midnight. “
