« The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean & in place. Comfortable beds and loved having 2 king size rooms with private bathrooms. Great place to spend time with our family. Definitely going on our fav list for Arvada! Hosts were very attentive when we contacted them. »

« Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. « We stayed at Lucien’s place while in town for a friends wedding. It was the perfect location to get around Denver, see Red Rocks, and have some space to relax and decompress. Lucien’s dogs are also very friendly and easy to be around, making one of us with dog allergies very comfortable. »
