« Best possible stay. Most condos in the area are corporate run, but Hunt is local and even came by himself to fix a door that was off its hinges before our check in. He also let us check in early. This was amazing and we hope to be back! »

« Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. »

« Finding the rental,parking and getting into the unit was super simple and well explained. We enjoyed being on the third floor because the view of the ocean was a nice bonus. The building was quiet and all the other guests were friendly and quiet. The kitchen had most of the basics but we didn't intend to do a lot of cooking. « The condo was clean, quiet, and came very well equipped with all our family of 4 needed. The availability to use the owners beach chairs and locked shed to keep the beach equipment in helped to keep sand out the condo. This was a great extra that was included with our stay. « Perfect place to stay in Surf City! We are a family of 3, and it was a great fit. My daughter loved the cozy bunk beds and the king bed was very clean and comfortable! Views of the ocean and intracoastal. It was so nice to have beach chairs, towels, and some sand toys to bring to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach! Highly recommend! »

« We love Topsail and have been visiting every summer for the past 5 years. This place was just as the pictures show and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We enjoyed the high ceilings and the view. Clean, and recently renovated. Make sure you bring quarters for the washing machines. »

« We loved being close to the beach. I appreciated the rules and regulations here because it ensured a peaceful visit. The other patron were nice, and respectful. Be aware that you will have to bring everything, like even toilet paper. There is a coffee maker and filters. »

« This was a great location and all information was clear and simple. Check in and out was seamless. The accommodation was very comfortable, well equipped and with everything worked well! The sliding door to the deck didn’t lock but may not be a big issue and the fridge had a noisy rattle but worked well. A new fridge would make the stay perfect especially for someone sleeping in the nearby bunk bed. The beach was beautiful and the saltwater pool was lovely and clean. We are planning to return. »

« You cannot beat the prime location! The unit was nice and well kept. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the room which was kinda tough on a few of the family members. »

« The king bed and couch are 2 of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever been on. The “dining area” is completely useless. The table blocks you from getting in and out to the bench, and the chest is so high you cannot feasibly sit there with your legs under the table. « Our 3rd stay here. The condo is so comfortable and in the perfect location. Suresh is easy to communicate with and has added nice updates this year. New pots and pans. New towels and bedding. I think the primary king bed is different. I slept like a champ all week! Everything you need for meals is already in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay! »
