« We spent the New Years holiday at Salty Bear cabin and had a lovely stay. While the cabin is charmingly rustic, it was not lacking in modern comforts. The heating worked well. Kitchen was well-appointed. Beds were cozy. Shower pressure was strong. Hot tub was perfect. There was one problem that came up at the beginning of our reservation but Renee handled it perfectly and didn’t allow it to ruin our stay. We are very happy with the cabin and just wished we had more time there. We will definitely...

« The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great for going for a walk. The location was great. Easy access to Tahoe City for grocery shopping and dinning. Truckee is about 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots if seating in the dinning area. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and the linins were nice. There are big TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Host was very responsive with some questions. I would stay again! »
