« We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. »

« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river. That night, the Typhoon Jebi had just passed over the hotel and when we arrived, there was not power or water anymore. « A recommander chaudement ! Cet hôtel est superbe. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, surtout pour le Japon ! Elles sont aussi insonorisées. Et que dire du spa... trop bien ! Eau a plus de 37 ºC, vu sur les Alpes et la ville. Le seul point négatif, s'il faut en trouver un, c'est qu'il faut être intégralement nu pour accéder aux bains (Femmes et hommes séparés bien sûr !) »

« A warm welcome with a complimentary sake tasting for New Year’s morning. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. When a tour bus arrives, with only three people per elevator including luggage, it can take quite a long time to reach your floor. »
