« Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. »

« There was no information on line or in the rooms about what would be available in the room and given it was well out of town it would have nice to know in advance that things like shower soap weren't provided which as most places supply we assumed there would be some. We had to then make a trip to town the next day to get supplies like soap etc and extra milk & teabags as there was limited supply of those (and we didn't want to use every last one otherwise it would have looked like we had just...

The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home. It's in lovely location near the port, but still walking distance to town for dinner. Highly recommend and would stay again. »

« Tucked down a driveway this accommodation is quirky and interesting. It is one half of the house but quiet even though people right next door. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed. Gas fire very cosy in the drawing room. Close enough to town, and the water tower is in walking distance up a track close by. Can I suggest the rangehood gets a good clean (it was sticky by the buttons on top to turn it on) and also the alarm clock was too difficult to set. »

« This was an awesome little property, in a lovely spot with a great view. We stayed for three nights but would have been happy to stay here longer if we had the time. The location on the coastal walkway was an added bonus too, we walked to the city and back- not a short walk but doable on a mild autumn day. Te Moana was very well equipped and very comfy- with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and be happy to also recommend this place to...

« This was a great place to stay. It was very spacious and had a nice garden for the children to play in and it had wonderful views of the beach and Port Taranaki from the deck. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening and watch the sunset and the boats being loaded at the port. »

« I was a bit wary about staying in an obviously more "industrial" site - but it was ok! the unit was modern, comfortable and well equipped - the balcony with a bush view was an unexpected bonus. I would stay here again. »

« The property was tidy and clean. It had everything we needed for our weekend up in New Plymouth. The upstairs people were noisy when they came in, in the early hours of the morning. »

« Very comfortable studio style apartment. Lovely garden with access down to the river but also easy access (by car) to the central city area. The overall space was large and it was nice to have some fresh bread and home made yoghurt as part of the arrival package. »

« Wonderful property below kitchen bathroom store. It had some really neat fittings! The mirror in the bathroom was amazing. Only complaint is that it needs one more chair in the living area so all 4 guests can sit comfortably. »
