« Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable. »

« The cottage is small but spotlessly clean, private and comfortable. The lack of a freezer was offset by the ice maker which we used to make ice for the chilly bin when we went out for the day. The washing machine in the shed was perfect! The location is great for a beach walk or a 45 min. drive to get to mountain tracks or Rotokare Scenic Reserve. Stores are a quick 15 minute drive away. »
