„The acorn cottage was very cozy and nice to stay in. It appears somewhat small from the outside but it is nicely put together with a moderately sized bathroom, large bed, and an open dining/common area. The amenities were very nice and we used the grill, toaster oven, fridge, and dishes extensively. The outdoor shared area was much better than expected and was very enjoyable to relax in the mornings/evenings. We would recommend staying here, though our group would love to stay at the palm ...

„The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. „This little cottage is about 100 steps from the white sandy beach. The beach was amazing and sunsets were breathtaking. Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Contacted Management Company Sunday night around 9pm regarding a maintenance issues. They responded at almost 1am. By then we resolve issue on our own, but the follow day Management Company reached out to make things right.“

„The owners are great and the house is super clean and well kept. The only issues I had was the street lights facing the master bedroom don’t let you really sleep well and there’s no hot water in the shower.“

„Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!“

„Staying at the Hawk's Nest was very comfortable. Directions to the property were excellent and the accommodations were different than anywhere we've ever stayed. Many decks for lounging if that is your pleasure and plenty of room in the house for relaxation. Also, just a 5 minute drive to the Phillies spring training facility. “

"L'hôtel est bien situé à Clearwater Beach avec un accès très rapide à la plage (2minutes à pieds). Il y a un grand parking gratuit. La chambre est correcte même si un petit rafraichissement pourrait être nécessaire, cependant la vue depuis la chambre est superbe. L'hôtel en lui même n'est pas très récent. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas super. Il n'y a pas un grand choix de produits."

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist erstklassig – besser geht es kaum. Allerdings ist der Preis von über 600 Dollar pro Nacht aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt, insbesondere in Relation zum gebotenen Service. Ein Kritikpunkt: Externe Gäste wurden erst nach unserer Meldung an das Hotelpersonal vom Hotelgelände respektive Pool verwiesen, obwohl Hotelgäste eindeutig an einem Armband zu erkennen sind. Hier wäre eine proaktivere Kontrolle wünschenswert. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die exzellente Küche und die Bar. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut – und das Personal ist durchweg äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. *** This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – truly hard to beat. However, the rate of over 600 Dollar per night does not reflect the level of service provided and feels overpriced. One point of criticism: Non-hotel guests were only asked to leave after we reported them to staff, even though hotel guests can be clearly identified by their wristbands. A more proactive approach would be appreciated. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar are outstanding. The price-performance ratio here is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive."
