« The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin. The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. Staying here made our visit more enjoyable and we loved getting to meet Mark and Damon! »

« This property was just perfect for my husband and I who were in town for a wedding. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood on the outer edge of the charming town of Franklin, which holds many delicious restaurants and fun shopping venues. The host was super helpful and kind! »

« We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here. »

« The house is cute, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to park out front, easy to find. Excellent breakfast options nearby and quick, easy access to downtown. The bed was comfy, breakfast nook had everything we needed plus a few drinks and snacks (thanks y'all!). Bathroom was spacious. Would stay again. »

« Mandy, the owner of the property was so kind. We arrived when they were having a very important celebration with friends to celebrate a successful cancer treatment! They invited us to enjoy a glass of wine and helped us navigate how to park during the party. It was a pleasure meeting Mandy and all of the friends. They were a lovely group of people. "Hôtel très bien placé, à moins de 500m de la rue animée de Broadway. Cocktails et nourriture le soir entre 17h30 et 19h très bien. Les chambres sont propres. La piscine est très bien. Seul petit bémol: la literie n’est pas assez ferme. Mais sinon rien à redire. Nous relogerons très certainement ici si nous revenons à Nashville. "
