« The room was clean as it could be. It was in big need for maintenance. Walla were dirty. Tub had repaired spots and the overflow cover was handing by a screw. The light fixtures were old and needed cleaning. Broken furnishings. The kitchen was nice but empty of items. I later found the brochure that said you can ask for kitchen items in the office. The kitchen light switch didn’t work very well… The garbage in the back was overflowing into the parking lot where our room was. No hairdryer. But...

« Check in was ok, we had a late check in at 12:40 am and front desk sat on her phone for a couple of minutes before I had to get her attention. The building had a horrible smell. We were not able to use the pool because a duck was in it. Floor was very dirty in the room. Breakfast food was not good, scrambled eggs had a rubbery texture and horrible taste, no non dairy milk offered, coffee dispenser served horrible tasting coffee. Not sure how this hotel received a “Good” status on Expedia. »

« The room smelled like urine, the room door was damages. There was a swarm of flies in the room and in the elevator. They refused to give me a refund because I "was in the room for 1hour", according to the time I checked in. I had a lot of things to unload, had to look for the hotel cart and I tried to get a hold of them over the phone but nobody answered and there was nobody in the lobby. 1 hour is reasonable for unloading, documenting the issues and try to communicate. Staff was also rude when...

« Great hotel, excellent condition and clean with consistent maintenance. Staff were very friendly and the overall was pleasant. A small indoor gym would be a nice addition but the swimming pool and hot tub were great. »

« Staff was friendly, and overall a good place for what I paid for it. A bit loud being near the highway but they can’t help that, and some of the other people staying there were loud at random times of night and there were some sketchy characters hanging around all the time. Over all good bang for my buck, and it was nice having a fridge/freezer at my disposal. I always suggest an upgrade to smart TVs, as well, so guests can just screencast or airplay with their cell, who wants to watch tv with...

« This location was such an unexpected delight. Seriously one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for the price. Don’t miss adding on the breakfast, it was yummy and I can’t stop thinking of sitting outside sipping coffee overlooking the pool waterfall what a chocolate croissant. »
