« There was a flashing green light that blinked all night long on the smoke detector. I have epilepsy and it almost made me have a seizure. I got no sleep and would have asked to change rooms if it wasn’t so late at night. Hotel should refund my money as it’s crazy to pay when the hotel makes it prohibitive albeit I’m possible to sleep and is a photosensitivity health issue. »

« Room was recently updated to a fresh and clean appearance. Comfortable beds with ample pillows. The towels smelled wonderful not like bleach! Very welcoming check-in staff. Lovely stay. »

« l ask for a room on the first floor and when I got there they had made on the 3rd floor so [ ask them to cancel. my stay was upset . I call the hotel to make sure they had a room on they 1st. floor the man I talk to said yes will not stay at your hotel. we had a trobabe ln st.louis 2 weeks ago. »

« Great stay overall. The room was very clean and having a full personal kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and everything needed was a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered complimentary water at check-in. Parking was great, breakfast was good and there were no issues with noise, unusual smells or bugs. The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but that is just me being picky. I would definitely stay here again and will look for this property...

« A month ago, I gave this property a less than stellar rating due to a broken toilet seat, uncomfortable bed, noisy air conditioner, uninteresting breakfast, etc. This time, I’m giving an excellent rating because my room had few of these issues and the breakfast had much more interesting, tasty choices. I have only two small complaints: the shower wasn’t particularly clean or well maintained and the TV/drawer console rattles with every step as it did in previous room. »

« Great location. All staff but the kitchen staff fantastic. The 2 women who made breakfast were mother daughter. Mom spoke little English daughter not at all breakfast was awful both days of stay could tell not fresh precooked and reheated. The women were very rude and did not care if you were satisfied or not. Just awful. Room we stayed in was very small and did not have a closet or drawers to put clothes in. The 3 front staff members however who checked you in were exceptional. There for your...
