« Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

« Location is great. Easy to downtown and also John Ball Zoo. Staff, (shout out for Tina) but all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet but the bed was not comfortable. Starbucks was a short walk. »

« I booked this hotel many weeks in advance for a concert and had confirmation emails. Upon arrival, front desk couldn’t locate my reservation, using all the information possible. I was then told that they had rooms available, almost $100 more per night than my booking, but that I had to wait until 4pm to try and secure one as a walk-in customer. I’m sure this is all hotel policy, but it was a little ridiculous as I had all the confirmation details and was on-site. While it would have “only”...

« The hotel was pretty clean. It was very expensive for one night, I paid $420. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. I really wish this would’ve been disclosed to me prior to me paying this much for an overnight stay. I would’ve chosen a different /less expensive hotel. When we asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said that they ran out, then they said “never mind, you got lucky...

« When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival. Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out »
