« I was really torn due to location. Love that I had access to the beach. But the traffic noise at night while sleeping is hard to handle. Went and bought some ear plugs and that helped alitle. The cabin was the right size and clean. But someone forgot to mop the floors and I was sticking to them with or without my slippers. But other than that, no complaints, and will return when back in Traverse City »

« The house is really well-stocked and in a good location (easy travel times to Lake Leelanau, Traverse City, Glen Arbor, etc.). The dock for the lake is really nice and the lake itself is lovely to splash around in (not too muddy and the shallow part is extensive). »

« We had an exceptional experience. The cabin itself was gorgeous! It was perfectly clean, and all of the furnishings were well maintained. The beds and couch were all very comfy. We loved the big windows and the nice views of the forest behind the cabin. The area itself was very quiet, which I loved. We were lucky enough to experience the northern lights right from the patio and front door of our cabin! The check in and check out process was very easy. « Visited Traverse City with my family for Labor Day weekend. Property was very nice. A bit of a drive (6 or so miles) to downtown Traverse City but not horrible. On the main bike path. Meijer grocery store close by. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Check-in/check-out was easy. The only negative was the Yale lock. It was a struggle getting it to wake up and accept the access code. We figured it out but others may struggle. I would recommend. »

« Stayed here for the first time on a weekend getaway to Traverse City, right on the outside of it which is nice for a more quiet space. As a designer I really appreciated the Scandinavian interior and furnishing, definitely will be back again next time in the area. »

« Small and cute little place. No complaints aside from the kitchen table. It was REALLY worn and it was wobbly. We used the welcome card that was on the table as a wedge at the bottom to make it more stable while we stayed there. Unfortunately the beach water was still too cold when we stayed there for those few days so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much. Luckily they had their Cherry Festival that week. We would book again. »

« Very nice cottage-like home. Modern interior. All the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Right next to the TART trail. Limited parking right next to the building if you have multiple vehicles. You'll have to park in a lot down the block. »

« We had such a wonderful stay at Koti! I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, just close enough yet far enough from downtown Traverse City. The beautiful woods and river behind the property made us feel as though we were staying in a tree house! Loved it! »
