« From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time. »

« Beautiful remodel of this building, it has all the high end amenity's of a luxury home in a small package, and if you forget to bring anything ; don't worry it's there at lil tio Their are plenty of things to do and places to eat, We stayed at lil tio for a family reunion and had a great time »

« We had days of great memory making. As a mother with adult children, it was amazing to spend time with them doing so many things we did when they were growing up. Time in the creek, hikes, picking wildflowers, bad mitton, board games, fires w/ smores and meals together. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for us all. »

« It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. »

« This little house is absolutely delightful. The decor is cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic for a short scenic ride to adventures of all sorts. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact him. Overall a wonderful experience. We plan to return. »

« Great stay with a great view »

« The cabin was beautiful. It was a little chilly but we just lounged in our comfy clothes and snuggled in out blankets. Perfect set up for a girls weekend away. »

« The property was absolutely beautiful! The weather was phenomenal. The cottage was located right on the river, so we could relax while watching the wildlife, boaters, and kayaks go by. We started each morning having our coffee right down by the water, watching the fog lift off. Having lunch on the back deck was perfect. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit. The house was amazing, well appointed and exceptionally clean. Everything we needed was there. Our hosts were accommodating...
