The manager was quick to help with a missing code for the door and an unusuable fire pit with a refund. The floors were being refinished and were beyond soft at points where you could fall through. We had to wear slippers or socks the entire trip due to the condition of them. The land it's on doesn't have anywhere for the kids to play. There's broken glass and materials thrown around an old shack by the cabin. The washer and dryer are a great addition after hiking but the washer is loud and on it's last leg. Location is close to the main strip in Townsend. Townsend is our favorite place to relax when in the Smokies
