The house is very nice and the owner has thought of everything....well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extra blankets, and tons of games in the downstairs rec room. „This cabin is literally the perfect getaway in the woods. It is one of two cabins a ways behind the owner's house, which i had thought might be weird, but it wasn't at all. There are some trees and things between the house and cabins so it didnt feel like it was really on the same property. They say they respect your privacy, and they do. „Our family enjoyed our extended weekend getaway to Fair Play. The cabin was cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. We also appreciated fans in each bedroom. I choose this location for the driveway parking and kayak amenities. The driveway appeared in the photograph to be longer than it was in person. However, two trucks and two boats fit easily. We also loved the close proximity to boat ramps and the Lake Hartwell State Park.“

„We were down to celebrate my sons graduation from Clemson. This spot was perfect for my family of 5, two sets of aunts/uncles and his 85 year old grandmother! We had a last minute cancellation for our dog sitter, so we brought him as well! The property & neighborhood was fun to walk/explore.
