Our travel plans changed due to Hurricane Milton so we had to find new accommodations. The host was very accommodating &
allowed us to check in same day. Cute little cabin. It was very clean & met our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck & we also had a fire in the fire ring. A couple minor things; the bathroom sink is very small & there was only one roll of toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Also, I personally did not care for the towels in the bathroom; it was like drying off with a fleece blanket. We felt safe, but some of the properties in the neighborhood were a little, say, questionable. I also became alarmed one night when we were watching TV & there was a commotion on the front steps. Turns out it was the neighbors dog. We loved this cabin & would stay here again.
I stayed for 4 nights while in town for a fishing tournament. Very cozy little home, but accurately described. Despite the size, it had everything I needed. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the owls in the evenings and early mornings. The shower is a little tight, but manageable. Extremely comfortable bed. I had a great stay, and would definitely book again!
Overall the house was everything it was supposed to be. The area was beautiful also. The only problem we had was that there was only one wash cloth for my sister and I to use for the entire weekend. We had to go buy wash cloths to have more. There are also a lot of spiders and spider webs. I would recommend spraying for spiders. The bed was the most comfortable bed I think I ever slept in. It is great.
This is fhe perfect tiny home if you're looking to get away from the city. The only noises you'll hear up here are the chickens/roosters across the road, and an occasional dog bark. All to be expected when staying on a farm and not load enough to be heard inside the home. The house itself was gorgeous. Everything you need and nothing you donât. The bed was so soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The back deck overlooking the woods was so relaxing.
