The oven would not turn off, even after reading instructions on how to turn it off. We had to unplug it 3 time. Very dangerous. The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The house and the location are phenomenal. You can walk to a few shops, coffee shops, restaurants if you want to. Beach access is on a sandy pathway not on a private walk way. But it is two houses down for access. Overall a fabulous house to book if you are headed to Tybee. Our only complaint is that the bathroom showers looked as if they had not been cleaned properly and the cleaning staff might want to clean under the beds.

Excellent location for multiple families and working remotely

We had an extended stay with a couple that was working remotely and one of our mothers. The north end is more laid back, and the house was just steps from the public walk to the beach. You could look out over the dunes to see the water and watch the huge cargo ships go by. The house was very quiet with only a few other homes on the road. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even an extra fridge in the game room. Tybee is a wonderful vacation spot, with unique restaurants and shops all over. It was an easy drive over the bridge to grocery stores and fast food (if desired).

The house was perfect! We had an amazing time in the space. Loved the convection oven/stove, all the dishes made cooking easy. We made lifetime memories and would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Family vacation 2024

We did a family meet and greet as well as vacation. The accommodations were great. My First time booking a rental. Experience was above expectations. The home was very nice, clean, well equipped. Disappointed there wasn’t close beach access but time was well spent relaxing and enjoying our stay.

Too far from beach

The house was nice but nothing was included. Toliet paper and paper towels etc. the outside patio was dirty and too far from the beach. Couldn’t see beach from house and yard had so many sticky thorns. Traffic is horrendous and parking is outrageous. Beach water looked like pond water. Was not at all what we expected!

North Beach on Tybee

North beach is very quiet and peaceful. Home is steps away from walkover to north beach. Easy to get around on golf carts on Tybee (rented separately). Quiet street. Just what we wanted for our family getaway.

Lovely Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed a lovely week on Tybee Island for spring break. The north end of the island is very quiet & peaceful - good location to walk to the beach & some of the local shops/restaurants. The house was wonderful & game room an added bonus and source of entertainment.

Excellent Property

Property was everything that it stated plus more. The location was great to restaurants and outdoor activities. We loved the game room area and spent many of our evenings in that area. House had plenty of towels and blankets, I suggest some throw blankets but overall we had everything anyone could need. We had a wonderful weekend and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect getaway

The house is lovely, clean, great quiet location and had everything we needed for catching up with friends. Close to restaurants and nice views of water. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and our dogs loved it.

Great dog friendly house on Tybee!

We enjoyed our weekend stay with our family and 2 Goldendoodles. Beds were extremely comfortable & the bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely consider renting this home again. Our only two complaints were the oven wasn’t getting up to temperature and we ran out of hot water on the second person taking a shower in a row. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Well appointed, easy access

The house is lovely. Plenty of space for our party of 7, very cool game room, beach toys, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill worked seamlessly. Just a couple of cons: 1. The water didn’t seem to get very hot which probably isn’t normally an issue but when it’s freezing outside the last thing you want is a luke warm shower. 2. Both toilets had problems with the flappers, easy enough fix and I’m guessing prop managment already solved that problem. Now the Pros (so many): 1. The beach is a short walk away and completely not crowded and had it been warmer we would have loved it. 2. All the beds are super comfy and there’s TVs everywhere in case you want to just lay around and watch tv. 3. There are 3 outdoor patios that are perfect to watch the sun rise. 4. The game room (built out garage) was so cool. Our kids (9,9,and7) loved playing down there and it was a welcome treat considering the weather. 5. The kitchen had all the requisite dishes necessary to cook a full meal for 7 people. Some things to note (not good or bad just to know.) 1. Bring ice, there’s no ice making fridge option and only one tiny tray. 2. The main floor of the house is up a flight of stairs and the second floor another flight, be prepared or able to get up them with luggage. 3. The game room is in the garage so there’s no garage parking. I’m not sure if the ad really explicitly says that. We only had one vehicle so it wasn’t an issue for us but I’m thinking you really couldn’t fit more than two in that driveway if I’m remembering correctly. All-in-all wonderful house, great vacay.

A perfect vacation

The home is beautifully furnished and arranged with a very family feel. It is located in a very quiet community with plenty to do for the kids and yet relaxing for the parents. The house is very very clean with plenty of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

Best beach location we’ve found! Very short walk through the yard to the far north side beach, which is less populated and less hectic than the south side. Also convenient to get on and off the island. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for three teens and parents to spread out for lounging but also come together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen had all the gear needed to make meals. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and super clean. The garage space was an extra bonus. We spent a lot of time playing ping pong and the yard games. Great feature in case of rain! We’d definitely stay here again!

perfect beach getaway

Property was perfect. VERY short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for a small group of friends or family. House was up to date and very relaxing. Beds were comfortable for a good nap or night of sleep to get ya back to the beach. Would definitely stay here in the future.
