« The owners were very courteous and friendly. We only stayed the one night, but we were impressed with the condition and standard of the room. All the little extras were extreamly thoughtful, inc a small sewing kit, playing cards, a fridge with fresh milk, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, toiletries, iron, radio, tissues, water, immaculately clean linen and towels. Breakfast was tasty and filling with a variety of hot food as well as cereals, fruit, toast and juice. Very highly recommended....

« Property very good - clean,comfortable, well fitted out. Everything worked. Location is excellent with about 15min walk to 6 miles or so of beach. Also easy to travel around Nth Yorkshire. Only minor downsides are no wifi and an iffy mobile signal. All in all though a very enjoyable week »

« The B&B is perfectly positioned only 3 mins walk from The Bridlington Spa where we went to watch McFly. My daughter and I felt safe walking back to the B&B late at night. The room was beautiful with en-suite and special chocolates with a coffee station. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and cooked specially for each guest. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back when we need to go to another gig. Thankyou. »

« Stayed here last week for 2 nights bed and breakfast. Amy, the owner, was absolutely lovely. Made us feel so very welcome throughtout our stay and willing to help with anything we needed to know.. « The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....
