« it is an older bldging so it is a work in progress, however, the owner was very quick to respond to a problem with the bed and was resolved satisfactory which showed to me he values his clients and wants them to be happy. I am staying in the same place in two weeks and to be located above a very good and friendly coffee shop is a bonus! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Springer House while in town for a recent Riverbend show. The space was perfect for 2 couples. With 3 bedrooms & bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, there was plenty of privacy. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the river. It is an adorable little town. We were sorry to be leaving right when the River Days festival was getting ready to start, and would definitely come back for that in the future. « Family road trip from eastern nc to Ohio for nephew’s birthday. Check in was easy and property owner easy to reach and responsive. Area had just recently flooded but waters had receded such that roads were clear throughout our stay. Some businesses near by were not opened due to cleanup.
