« Hotel is under renovations so our room was new. It was very comfortable but there were loose ends post construction. Our bathroom door only had two screws holding it on and was hanging off, the lock only had one screw on it and was coming off, a tile flash was broken off near the closet. Despite all of that I still rated it high because the staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Maintenance did come and fix the bathroom door.
