„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

We were told they were waiting on a toilet paper delivery and there was no more toilet paper anywhere in the facility. We looked for some in the lobby restroom, but there wasn’t any. „Placed a travel basketball team on the 4th floor above everyone and allowed them to dribble basketballs in the room at all hours of the night while parents got drunk in the lobby. Did nothing when I notified them and backed out of giving me a refund for one night. Ran by children, DONT GO“

„Excellent spacious suite, nice breakfast, friendly staff. I was having problems with my room key though. Each day the staff would have to fix it so I could enter my room. It was a pain having to go back down stairs each day especially after being tired after a long day out. We stayed 3 nights and clean fresh towels would have also been nice. The maids never showed during our stay. I loved the location and would return.“

„The room has two beds which were both placed off center of the room. The left bed only had one foot of room between the left wall and bed to access the left side of bed. The right bed had over five feet of room between the right side of the right bed and the right wall. The two beds should be placed centered in the room to allow easy access to both sides of both beds. The walls between the rooms need much better soundproofing. „Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“
