„The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. “

„Noemi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to assist us. She found taxis for us and helped us order from local restaurants. „This house was fantastic for our family of 10. Fernando helped so much! We loved our housekeeper/ cooks that he arranged for us. The dogs and beautiful yard kept our children occupied during a 2 day strike when we couldn’t go anywhere. We are so glad we had since a central location for Sacred Valley tours. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Very clean, well maintained, easily sleeps 14. “

"This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing like at our first stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great and the distance to the main square is unbeatable."
