« The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. »

« Flora the house keeper was great! She cooked us breakfast and dinner for both days and it was great! She also did our laundry for us. Both of these did cost extra. Bruno was great at responding to us as well! »

« We loved this place. It met all our needs. It is cute. It is an old building but that just makes it cooler. Thick stone walls and wooden log ceiling. It is small for a house but bigger than a hotel room. Easily slept our family of 5. It has 4 comfortable beds, a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a tv. It was clean and comfortable. « The location of the property was good but there were several things that could have been better, such as the water in the shower, the overall cleanliness of the rooms. No soaps were provided for the guests, no enough towels, etc. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The host did not respond promptly to our request to send someone to address things. »

« The description of YURAQTAMPU house is a little bit deceiving - It's listed as 2 baths but there is only one shower with hot water. In fact, only one bathroom has hot water, not the other nor the kitchen. 4 bedrooms are spacious, but only one of them has a window. The noise from the street in the morning may be a little too much for a light sleeper plus there is a dog who barks in the morning and we were not able to sleep past 7 am. « This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful.
