Felt very safe! except we had trouble getting wifi password and ended up going out to the shop at night to buy something connect to their wifi and call the host for password. Improvements needed- 1. Make a list of WiFi connections details and keep it on kitchen counter or share with email 2. Towels smelled like burnt wood and my kid kept saying not to use the towels 3. „Rosa was a great host. She responded to our questions promptly. We needed to stay an extra day (10 total) and she was accommodating. The house is older, but well maintained. There is a grocery store around the corner and the main plaza is an easy 12-15 minute walk away, where there are many good restaurants. “

„Good and bad things:Bad: - Smell of mold in the apartment - Sofa bed is really small, meant for a small child. They also did not have bed sheets for the sofa bed even though we made it clear we would be using it - I booked because of the pool and gym. You have to book and was never able to use it during our 4 night stay- only provided 2 towels for 4 days and 1 roll of toilet paper- neighbor upstairs played music super loud until early in the morning, 3 am, I had to get up and tell security ...

„The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. “

„This is a lodging experience like no other. Located a 10 minute walk from the town of Ollantaytambo, it’s nestled in a eucalyptus forest alongside the roaring Urubamba River. „Beautiful home in a very accessible part of Cusco. It's rather large, so just for two people it felt a bit extravagant. Our Host was very communicative and extremely helpful and accommodating. I lost my phone on NYE and he even called a cab for me to get to the airport so I didn't have to stress! Highly recommend. “
