The property wasn’t planned however, it snowed and the Hwy was closed. We couldn’t of stayed at a better place.

- Property is nicely maintained with nice rooms. - Breakfast is very good - Free shuttle to Vail and Lionshead village - Parking is mandatory and $45 per night is steep - mountain facing rooms are awesome - 4th floor lounge is nice

Very clean, super detailed kitchen organizing, minimalist. Floor plan spacious, very comfortable. Cleanable surfaces/furniture. Love it!!!

$45 for parking??? They say “like every hotel in vail”. You’re way outside Vail. Vail hotels that charge that much actually park you car - as in valet. They don’t change you to just pull into a spot like you do. Ridiculous justification. Ridiculous fee. Breakfast items all ice cold - the ones that are supposed to be hot… coffee runs out 20 minutes after breakfast opens? Must’ve been what was left over from yesterday’s breakfast. Hard to find anyone at desk unless they’re walking to/from breakfast.

Loved the underground parking. Room was clean, roomy and hot tub was great. It was advertised online that there would be a hot breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m. Was told the same thing when we checked in last night. Came down at 6:30 a.m. to eat and get on the road. The front desk clerk said normally someone shows up around 5:30 a.m., but he hadn't seen anyone yet. He called the Manager about the situation, was told there would be no breakfast today. I asked for a discount on the room and they did refund the parking fee ($45.00 - very high), which I did appreciate. We got on the road and ate at McDonald's.

The first day the hot tub jets didn't work but the water was still warm. The next morning the heater broke and the hot tub was cold. That shouldn't happen at a hotel that's only been open for 4 months. Parking was $45/day.

El hotel está muy cómodo y súper cerca de vail village. El único problema que tuvimos es que no había estacionamiento y la única opción que nos dieron fue transportarnos a un parking (que nosotros tuvimos que pagar) Deberían tener más estacionamiento disponible.
