At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused ...

„The staff at the Graduate Richmond are amazing. The food we had at the rooftop hit the spot. The only ‘negative’ aspect was the fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would turn on the light it started blating. It was quite annoying.“
