« I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad »

« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river.
That night, the Typhoon Jebi had just passed over the hotel and when we arrived, there was not power or water anymore.
I can’t blame them for that but we had to spend the night in total dark, without bathroom, with nothing to eat and of course no access to the onsen.

« 接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館 »

« Séjour agréable, mais nous nous attendions à autre chose c’est plutôt un hôtel plus. Bonne prestation. Excellent repas, chambre méritant un rafraîchissement, mais bonne literie. »

« Jolie escale dans ce village thermal ancestral ! Profitez des Onsen et de l ambiance sereine. Cette auberge est rudimentaire, mais propre, très bien placée et le personnel sympathique. »

« We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. »
