« We were 2 couples during ten days in the middle of June. From the start, Natasha, the property manager was very helpful to guide us to the apartment and answer all of our questions. Mind you, one of us spoke Italian! Thank god for the pool right there on site, so refreshing! The accommodations are bright, airy and private. « Shower poorly designed and water drainage a major issue. Water overflowed into the corridor and toilet adjacent. Breakfast included which was just coffee and milk. Oven fitted into the kitchen had no socket to plug it into and therefore did not work. Bed in the second room not suitable as the lower pull out bed blocked the entire room which meant we had to use the sofa bed for my mother in law. »

« I could not have asked for a better location to enjoy Umbria from a small city perspective. The location was perfect. To the right was the old and to the left was the “new”. « My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Perugino apartment. Although there was just the two of us, there was plenty of room for two more guests. Natalia was very helpful checking us in and out. And the lovely little hilltop town of Montefalco is a gem, we are pleased we chose to stay here.
