Spread across two levels, Carefree comfortably accommodates families and groups with five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and custom closet space. Three bedrooms include private bathrooms, providing added comfort and convenience for larger groups.
Upstairs, the inviting living area overlooks the lake and features a large-screen TV, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone, while four additional seats at the kitchen counter make gathering for meals easy. The screened-in porch offers another favorite spot to relax while taking in the peaceful surroundings. With a flatscreen TV, ceiling fans, and screening that extends along the lower portion of the porch, it's an ideal place to enjoy the outdoors in comfort.
The upper level features three bedrooms, including a private primary suite, along with a newly renovated full hallway bathroom. A spiral staircase with a locking safety gate leads downstairs to two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Outside, Carefree truly shines. Relax beneath the house in the shade, where you'll find comfortable seating, two hot-and-cold outdoor showers, and both single and double swings. Challenge the family to a game of volleyball, stretch out in the hammock beside the lake, or settle in with a good book while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.
The private lake offers a wonderful opportunity to experience Sandridge's natural side. Cast a line, launch one of the two provided canoes, or simply watch the wildlife around you. You may spot turtles sunning themselves, osprey overhead, or a great blue heron along the water's edge. Canoe paddles and life jackets are provided for your convenience.
When you're ready for the beach, it's just a short stroll away. You'll be close to one of the quieter stretches of Sandbridge Beach, known for its more secluded feel and excellent surfing. Additional outdoor amenities include a gas grill and ample parking for vehicles and bikes, making Carefree an easy choice for a relaxing Sandbridge getaway.
