Great location for Family Reunion

A wonderful place to stay. About 30 min to VA Beach boardwalk. 2 miles to dock. Property manager very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Outstanding week at an amazing home! We had 3 generations - 30 family members - from across the country and everyone had a blast. The kids were asking when we could come back. They loved the indoor pool and play areas. Kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, dishwashers and sinks. Our foodies had no trouble prepping meals and the large table meant we could all eat at the same time. We had researched things to do in the area but were having too good a time to go anywhere! The owners were very responsive and great to deal with. Kudos to Kim. I had been concerned about the rental cost but everyone agreed it was totally worth it. Our best reunion vacation ever!

Sandbridge beach gem

All 20 members of our family had a wonderful time. We have been to many beaches around the world and all agree Sandbridge Beach is the best. The beach is clean, wide, the sand is soft, and the waves are just right for playing. The house was very comfortable. We had a few issues come up during our stay and they were taken care of immediately by the owner and her staff. The house is ocean front and had gorgeous views all day long. The dining table is huge and served the entire family very well. It was great to have all the linens, towels, and beach towels in the house ready to go. We would highly recommend this house.

Amazing Place in Virgina Beach

This house was great. I did a team builder here with 15 adults and it was perfect. The house was very clean organized and they had everything for you. So all you need to do was show up! The ocean views and location was perfect. All the appliances and technology was up to date! Erin the house owner was very responsive with check in and out. This house was multi functional and we had a team meeting using the 85 inch TV as a projector. We even brought pets with us. Also we didn't have kids with us but it was family friendly. A great team builder and a perfect spot to get away in November. Woke up and watched some Dolphins swim by. I couldn't be happier

Navy Retirement

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rate 5 stars - we booked the house for a 30+ year Navy retirement ceremony with family. The house is in great location and walking steps to the beach. Great views of the ocean. The house was well stocked with everyday essentials you would need such as kitchen supplies, toilet paper, bathroom soap, etc. Made it a lot easier to focus on vacation vs. going to store for everything. We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean. Great walks along the beach. Our daughter enjoyed writing stories in the guest book. Easy delivery with Instacart for groceries. Grill was a lot of fun for family meals - thanks for the propane. Some minor repair issues - air conditioner was not working on top floor. We opened window and let ocean breeze in and it was fine. No major issues. We would stay again. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Endless Fun at Endless Playtime!

We just returned from a multi-generational family vacation at Endless Playtime, and it was fantastic! With 15 of us, the house was perfect—plenty of space to spread out and so many great gathering areas. The giant dining table (seats 22!) was a highlight, letting us all eat together comfortably. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and we loved the beautiful ocean views from both covered and uncovered decks. The game room was a hit with everyone—pool, ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard kept us busy for hours. The private heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were added bonuses.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and a beverage fridge in the game room. Two Keurigs, including one that brews full pots, made mornings easy. Though our youngest was 21, we appreciated the thoughtful touches for kids—rocking horses, child-sized tables and chairs, toys, and even a highchair. The 10 bedrooms we used had private full baths which made sharing the space easy and comfortable. The onsite property manager, Kim, was amazing. She met us at check-in, walked us through the house, and texted to check in before we left. It was such a thoughtful touch. Between the great layout, fun amenities, and excellent service, Endless Playtime truly lived up to its name. Highly recommend for large family gatherings or group getaways!

Holiday week

This house on the beach was a great location for our family reunion. Located close enough to town for easy shopping trips. Immediate access to the beach meant the kids could go back and forth readily. Shaded decks overlook the beach so others could watch beach fun and dolphins swimming past. The indoor pool was a good option when limiting sun exposure. Nice to have outdoor shower and foot rinsing hose on the deck, and plenty of beach toys for sand play. We especially appreciated the beach towels provided, as well as adequate supplies of bath/shower soaps, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and toilet paper. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, pans & utensils. Two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and two washer/dryers were a must for our large group. Loved the big dining table seating 20, high chair, and coffee cart provided. Smaller dining table for four has been replaced with a hanging chair, so less dining seating than we expected. Lots of sleeping options with big beds and private baths. Game tables for indoor fun. Generous parking area. Some things are in disrepair, not badly enough to require immediate attention, but still disappointing for such a nice property and location. I will itemize them in separate message to the owners.

Fantastic stay in Sandbridge Beach!

This was an amazing property. First, Erin is an excellent host, very quick and helpful with communication before booking, with checkin, during our stay, etc. We came as a large extended family group, mostly adults and some early teens/pre-teens, looking to spend time together. The location was just what we wanted - Sandbridge is a generally quiet beach, very family friendly., With the house right on the sand it was ideal for those wanting to take early morning or evening walks and it was super helpful for those times when the summer afternoon storms hit - we could stay out until the last minute and then hurry back in without having to drag ourselves far away in the rain. The many activities in the house were also a hit - indoor pool, foosball, pool, table tennis, hot tub, games. The living room and kitchen/dining area were great gathering spots. We made good use of the two fridges and the kitchen was well stocked. Having a good supply of beach towels was very helpful. I will mention that, if it matters to you, there are some aspects of the house that are a bit dated and there are a few things that need to be fixed up. This is a well loved and cared for but also well used beach house, not a brand new modern home. For us these issues were all very minor and were far outweighed by all the positives, including Erin's helpful communication. Overall, everyone had a fantastic time and we are so grateful to have been able to spend time at Erin's home!
