Great home and location

Long weekend with my mom. We enjoyed the house and fire pit immensely. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The location to beach, shopping and restaurants was great - an easy walk. Would recommend and stay again!

Quaint house with the perfect updates. Loved the farmhouse sink which we believed may have been original to the house. Adorable historical pictures from the boardwalk in the dining room. Quiet cozy backyard despite being on a busy street. Would stay again!

Nicest place I've ever stayed!

This was the nicest place I've stayed by far! On a couple of days, I had to drag my daughter out to the beach because she just wanted to lounge around the house. She already told me this is what we're doing again next year for spring break. The owners put together a wonderful book of recommendations, and every one of their recommendations that we checked out was great. This was the perfect neighborhood for a family with small kids, with two mini golf locations a block away (yes we went to both) and providing beach chairs and a cart was such a nice touch (our car was packed as it was). From the coffee station, to the lovely backyard, and the cozy bedrooms, everything was just perfect. Thank you for the best stay!

Amazing Cottage

We loved everything about staying at this place! From the overall look and comfort of the cottage to the convenience of all the modern appliances and amenities. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a cherry on the top. Thank you for making us feeling at home while being away from home!

Great Spring Break getaway!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, so we didn’t need to drive at all. Cathleen was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and asked if we could park in the driveway while we explored the area. Not only did she allow it, but she also went above and beyond by letting us check in early. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality.The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommend!

Great Family Getaway

We were in Virginia Beach for the Adidas Indoor Nationals Track Meet. The house was a perfect place for my son to rest during the weekend, and it was very close to the Sports Complex. The house was very cute too!

Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and quaint beach cottage. It was very clean and communication from the owner was great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only negative was the road in front of the house was noisy on the weekends but we just turned up our sound machines and the rest of the week it was minimal.

Great Vacay Spot

We came into town to visit family and spend time at the beach. The house was very pretty, amazing, comfortable beds, lovely firepit and yard area for coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The walk to the beach is very close and while it's close to all the action of the boardwalk, it's tucked away enough to be very private and quiet! We would definitely stay again!

Nice house near vibe district

Very nicely decorated house pretty close to the beach. Check-in process is very simple. The house has a nice kitchen and good size bedrooms. All of the furniture and finishes seem new. It’s a short walk to coffee shops and breweries in the vibe district. I would give it a 4.5/5 if I could with the traffic noise and low water pressure being the only (minor) issues.

Wonderful beach cottage

This place is just as described. It’s a short walk to the beach, very clean, and the hosts are wonderful. We got to the beach early and they even let us leave the car in the driveway until check in. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. If I had to give it any criticism, the home is loud at night due to passing traffic. This is not fault of the owner and only an issue is outside noise affects your sleep. I wear earplugs so I was fine. This issue would likely be prevelant in any local home this close to the beach.

Charming, cozy, immaculately clean bungalow

We came to attend my brother’s celebration of life on a cold February weekend. My desire was to find a cozy place where we could be together, be in a convenient location to weekend events and above all be clean due to my compromised immune system. We found that in spades. Icing on the cake was the kindness, immediate response and efforts by our hosts to make our stay as comfortable as promised. Highly recommend this gem and it’s owners.
