„I booked the hotel and pre-paid the hotel through Hotels.com. My flight arrived in RUH at around 20.00 so I was at the hotel at around 21.15. When I tried to check-in, they informed me, since I did not check-in until 18.00 they gave my room to someone else and the hotel is now fully booked. When I asked them to use their WIFI and for support to find another hotel, they called the Security and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. There was no support provided.“

It could have been better to have the classic onedirectional mirror glass to allow the inside to see the outside, and this feeling of being tumulated woud have been avoided. Sometimes the reception is totally empty and one has to venture in the backoffices looking for them. The absence of windows ...
