« Affordable but old installations with lots of strange odors and need repairs to many places ( door, ceiling, carpet). Great swimming pool though. »

« This property must be relatively new. Everything was in great shape. The person who checked us in was very nice. We did not partake of any breakfast due to our schedule, so I can’t comment on that. Otherwise, we would definitely stay there again. »

« We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years...

« We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in downtown Grand Rapids! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the fireworks from the Jdek. It was such a fun experience, and the food they served was absolutely amazing.
