I mention this because I have mobility issues and want others with issues to know. There is a futon on the ground level. I would still highly recommend. „Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. “
