„We enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Dark & Moody Home" very much and would definitely rent again. The unit was clean and comfortable with a great layout for families or groups, including an outdoor patio for relaxing after a long day. Even though you're in town, the location is awesome and easy access to great restaurants and pubs, the highway, area colleges, and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away. Our host, Justin, was responsive to our questions and super great to work with.“

„Great house! We stayed here with another family for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook Sports Complex. Enough room for everyone to sleep and chill out between games. 2 miles from Grub lake to go fishing. So nice to cook meals and not have to go out to eat. Laundry was a plus to wash uniforms!!! Host was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Everything was great until a severe storm hit the area. The power went out for the multiple neighborhoods, there was flooding in the streets, trees fell all over the place, and there was nothing anyone could do. The place is lovely though and so was the host. I would stay there again, weather permitting.“

„The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.) ...
