Great place to stay!

We visited the Washington DC area for 10 days, and this was a great location to base out of. Most days we utilized Uber for transportation in and out of DC - it was all very close. The property seemed to be in a very safe area, with a couple of grocery stores and a Costco close by. The apartment was clean, and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. We used the exercise facility in the basement every morning. Overall, we loved it, and we would have no hesitation booking this location again.

I would not stay here again. In fact we did stay longer in DC but checked into a hotel instead of trying to extend our stay here. We got charged for early check-in in did not get access early (never gave us a credit), there is no way you could cook dinner as there is just cups, plates and silverware. The table only sets four people and the living room only sits four people as well so if you’re traveling with more than four, it’s hard to accommodate everyone. Also, the balcony outside has no furniture at all. So if you enjoy standing outside or sitting on the ground, this is the perfect place for you. One of us slept on the floor as the bed was broke upon arrival and the property manager asked me to send pictures of the bed and I did so. Nothing was ever done the entire stay to fix it. That person slept on the couch in the living room for the week. Multiple lamps that did not work and one was missing a lampshade. The building turned off the heat so it got very cold at night with unusually cool weather. When I asked the property manager, they informed me to use the space heater in the closet. Informed me that that little space heater was good enough for the whole house. Not even close to being enough and we were very cold at night. They did send a second small space heater, which did absolutely nothing. Only 1 TV. The whole point to rent a space like this is so you can cook meals and be comfortable as a group. I would recommend staying in a hotel over this place.

A little getaway

This apt is well taken care of and clean. We were asked to not ask questions of the building staff. We did not have any issue. Many places to eat near by and Ubers or Lyfts make it easy to get to all the DC sights.

Pretty

Pros: Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Property very clean and ideal location near the Metro stop. Adored the location for convenience. Matches pictures exactly, so you do get what you are shown to expect. I just wish we had asked more questions. Cons: Biggest issue was the functionality of the apartment, namely the kitchen. We chose to stay here with the hope of preparing meals nightly as we have some food allergies that make dining out difficult. However, the only available cookware was one larger pot, a tiny pot and a small frying pan that was so rusty as to not be usable and 4 colanders. No mixing bowls or serving dishes of any kind beyond table settings, one large mixing spoon. It felt a little like camping and made a 5 night stay feel complicated. Thank goodness for Whole Foods having warm and serve options available. Next time, I will ask what supplies to anticipate being available for cooking.We lost WiFi connection around day three, likely due to a bad outlet. The property management company was responsive but eventually it just became a "huh, nobody knows" situation and we just did without. Short version: Great place to stay unless you need to prepare meals or serve a larger group.

Great family location for visiting DC

Excellent property with a great view. We enjoyed the location and quick Metro access to all of the DC tourist destinations. Very spacious, had comfortable bedding and linens. The easy checkin process was nice.

Large Apartment in Good Neighborhood

The apartment was a spacious 3 bedroom with large living room. It was nice and clean, great for a week of site seeing. The apartment building is in a nice neighborhood, it was safe to walk around at night. There are several places to eat nearby and a grocery store close.

Arlington gem

Large, beautiful property with 3 large bedrooms and updated throughout. Large, open kitchen/living area. Appliances all new and unit has a large balcony. Great place!

Crystal City Wonderful 3 Bedroom

Really loved this newly remodeled 3 bedroom. Layout is great. Very spacious and comfy. Master bed quite comfy. Love the views and community. Each room had a desk, which we often need. This apt sleeps 6-8 people, so would be helpful to have one or 2 additional comfy chairs in living room. Also would be nice to have a table to seat all 6-8 people. Overall, one of my very favorite places to stay in the immediate area.
