Gather in the living room, stream on the smart TV, and prepare meals in the full kitchen. The apartment has 8-foot ceilings, full-size windows, Wi-Fi, a private thermostat, in-unit washer and dryer, and a heated bathroom floor. We designed and outfitted the space for our own family, with comfort and everyday practicality in mind.

Check routes, service and attraction hours for your travel dates.
RFK festivals and event weekends
Use Hill East as your home base for events at the active RFK Festival Grounds, including Project GLOW. Confirm your event dates, ticket entrance and route before reserving. Our street-parking pass does not include festival parking or admission. After the event, return to your private apartment; quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM, and parties or events at the property are not permitted.
Street parking
A free street-parking pass is available on request. Let us know in advance if you need one. Parking is on the street; the pass does not reserve a space. Follow the posted signs and parking instructions supplied for your stay.
