Otto's Third | River View Loft by Borgia Church

Otto’s Third is one third of the renovated third level of the historical Otto & Company brick building located in Downtown WashMo and next to St. Francis Borgia Church.

The flat has a direct view of the church and the Missouri River as well as downtown and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and access to the rooftop deck. It sleeps a total of 4 people.

LIVING AREA

Over a century old, natural light floods through the large windows that overlook the Missouri River and St. Francis Borgia Church.

The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with your favorite streaming apps available (just log in with your own account).

The open floor plan includes the dining area with a great table perfect for your group of 4 people to play a game of poker or Rummikub.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, including place settings, pots and pans, wine glasses, and your favorite caffeine-making choices: a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and electric tea kettle.

ROOFTOP DECK

Coming in 2027: Access to the rooftop deck and with lounge seating. Watch the sunset over the Missouri River and the historical skyline of WashMo.

*Note: This rooftop deck will be accessible only by stairs and is a shared space.

BEDROOMS

With crisp white linens and deliciously comfortable beds, your sleep is high priority at Otto’s Third. Each bed has superior quality cloud-like pillows and bedside charging stations so you can rest easy.

Both bedrooms have a view of Elm Street and the local shops, including Cowan's, home of the mile high pie.

BATHROOMS

The clean, well lit bathrooms each have a tub and shower combo. One is en suite to the primary bedroom, one is in the hall.

We provide fluffy white towels, a hair dryer, and shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, as well as a bar of locally made goat milk soap for each stay.

LAUNDRY

Otto’s Third has a washer and dryer available for guest use in the laundry room off the hall. We also provide a starter of laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your stay.

BABY GEAR

There is a high chair and a pack-n-play available for your use during your stay.

PARKING

There is free street parking on both Elm Street and Second Street.

ELEVATOR

Yes, there's an elevator to the third floor! Which means no steps to enter the building or to get to Otto's Third. This property is accessible friendly.

However, if you prefer to use the steps, you are welcome to do so. There are 2 sets of stairs to get to each floor, so a total of 4 staircases to get all the way to Otto's Third.

LOCATION

Two blocks from the river and a short walk to all the best stops in downtown Washington.

In the middle of boutique shops, local pubs, cafes, and restaurants, and the festival zone, as well as a couple blocks from the Missouri River, the Amtrak Station, and the Riverfront Park, you’ll enjoy keeping your car parked and taking strolls to your destination.

Downtown Washington is a destination on its own, but if you want to explore further out, you don’t have far to go:

NOTES

We monitor noise levels inside after 10pm with a noise sensor. This does not record anything, it only measures decibels and will alert us if it is over 80 decibels during quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

🐶 Pre-approved dogs only, dog rate is $25 per night per dog plus taxes.

- If competing at Purina Farms, please inquire about the Purina Farms dog rate
- The dog rate applies to ALL dogs on property, even those you choose not to bring inside the home

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before 30 days of arrival, you receive a full refund of your deposit, less a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund.
