Suite 2A at Maison Dupont, a Dupont Circle Inn

Summary:

A former private mansion in the heart of historic Washington, D.C. has been given new life as Maison Dupont, a French inspired boutique hotel (ooh la la!). The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street and is inspired by the fusion of American and French aesthetics which drove much of Washington’s visual history. Visitors will find themselves surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants, elegant streets, and within walking distance of the White House and a number of world-class museums.



The Space:

Located on the 2 floor, Suite 2A has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether travelling alone or for up to parties of 4. When you enter the Suite you'll see the large living space, furnished with a large sofa bed, comfy chairs, and a TV above the (non-working) fireplace. The Suite has its own one bedroom, a queen-sized bed and large desk. Watch cable or login to your favorite streaming service on the flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped some basics for sort and long-stays alike; a mini-fridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. Hair dryer and handheld steamer included in each suite and laundry facilities in the building are available to all guests upon request.



Guest Access:

Maison Dupont is located on 18th street between Massachusetts Avenue and N Street.



Parking:

Off-street (daily lot) parking are available for payment just down the road on 18th street



The Neighborhood:

Dupont Circle was the center of Gilded Age Washington, with everybody from the Vanderbilts to the Hearsts building palatial homes. Most of those can be found to the north of the hotel along with restaurants, bookstores, and more. The city’s business area and museums are just to the south. To the west is historic Georgetown with great shopping, dining, and architecture. The next neighborhood over to the east has 14th Street, a corridor with some of the most popular restaurants in the city.



Getting Around:

The futuristic-looking D.C. metro is just a block away from the hotel, but much of the city is in walking distance. There are also numerous protected bike lane routes in the area, as well as options for those who prefer the bus. Dupont Circle metro station is a mere block away

All items in the suite must remain in suite. Any loss of or damage to item(s) will be assessed.

I will be available to you 24/7 via phone, text and email for the duration of your stay and will be in the hotel's office a few days each week.
