Cette toute nouvelle maison chic de 4 chambres au bord de la piscine est la location de vacances idéale. Aménagement spacieux comprenant un loft pour se détendre, jouer à des jeux et regarder des films. Cet emplacement est idéal pour toutes les activités de plein air et n'est qu'à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Saint George.

Vous allez adorer cette nouvelle maison! Cette belle maison est située au Town Center Resort à Coral Canyon avec une vue magnifique et une communauté de villégiature! Il s'agit de la plus récente propriété de St George. Découvrez le Townhome de style nouveau et moderne avec votre groupe!

Notre maison est super propre et nettoyĂ©e professionnellement par des nettoyeurs avant et aprĂšs votre sĂ©jour - avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre sĂ©jour confortable! Les vues sont incroyables! L'emplacement est fantastique! Vous ĂȘtes si prĂšs du centre-ville de St George et Ă  seulement 10-15 minutes du thĂ©Ăątre Tuacahn!

Notre maison est calme et paisible mais elle n'est qu'à quelques pas de la piscine. Il s'agit d'une unité au niveau du sol, avec un étage. Vous pouvez essentiellement marcher jusqu'à la piscine depuis l'unité, sans personne au-dessus de vous, mais votre groupe à l'étage.

Les équipements du Town Center Resort à Coral Canyon sont les meilleurs que vous puissiez trouver! Il y a tout ce que vous pourriez vouloir faire; nager - 1 piscines, 1 bain à remous, espace Splash de la piscine, parfait pour les enfants, le pickleball et le golf à cÎté!

Il y a tellement de choses Ă  faire sur place - vous ne voudrez peut-ĂȘtre pas partir! Mais ... St. La rĂ©gion de George a aussi d'innombrables choses incroyables Ă  voir dans et autour! Des magnifiques parcours de golf aux pistes de VTT et de VTT juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, de la randonnĂ©e dans le parc national de Zion Ă  regarder une piĂšce de thĂ©Ăątre au thĂ©Ăątre Tuacahn. Juste en bas de la colline, vous pouvez vous promener le long de la plage de Sand Hollow Reservoir et admirer toutes sortes d'animaux sauvages! Le parc national de Zion et le Grand Canyon sont Ă  une courte distance en voiture. Le shopping, y compris un magnifique Outlet Mall, est Ă©galement proche et pratique.

Nous avons le WiFi gratuit! Notre unitĂ© a Ă©galement une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse! Il dispose Ă©galement d'une cuisine complĂšte avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner. En vous relaxant autour du foyer ou en vous plongeant dans le bain Ă  remous, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de trouver du confort dans notre maison. Notre maison est parfaite pour les grands groupes et trĂšs spacieuse - nous louons jusqu'Ă  16 personnes au total. Avec une chambre avec lit King, une chambre pleine grandeur, deux chambres avec lit queen et un lit superposĂ© double mezzanine ouverte, 4 chambres 4 salles de bain et un loft ouvert. Best Place Ever!

The hosts were remarkable & checked in a couple of times to make sure that our stay was going smoothly. The house was absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed & the hot tub & the view was spectacular! We visited Zion, Bryce & Grand Canyon while we stayed there & the drives were stunning!

Don't come here if you want a good nights sleep!

The location in Hurricane was nice and the complex had a good, small, clean pool with nice pickleball courts. The location was not very clean when we arrived. There was a massive hair clump in the shower (gross!) and the fabric furniture in the kids bunk room was absolutely disgusting. The beds were horrible for everyone of our guests. They ranged from extremely hard in the bunk room to trampoline-like in other rooms where we literally rolled to the middle of the bed during the night. The pillows were as flat as pancakes and did nothing to help make the beds any more comfortable. Overall, I would stay in this location again, but I would choose a different condo.

Perfect Vacation Spot to Stay

Great place to stay for vacation. Plenty of beds, TVs, and space for lots of people. It was a plus finding games there to play since we forgot ours. Only complaint for me, personally, was the mattress(s). Stiff memory foam on some beds.

A few things to work on

The memory foam bed in the main bedroom was terrible for my wife and myself. Feels great when you first get in bed but the longer you lay there and transfer heat into the foam the deeper you sink into the memory foam. I found myself waking up 10-15 times a night to reposition and did not sleep well during our stay. The frame of that same bed has a board turned on its edge, sticking out 8-10” on the sides and bottom of the bed. I would hit this with my shins at least once a day and draw blood at least once a day. My wife and son did the same. Battered and bruised shins from the bed
. We found one wash rag for dishes there that was covered with hair. I mean covered. Not sure what happened there but there must have been some sort of hair event that caused it. We tossed the rag and bought some new ones. The hot tub above us would turn on the recirculate and heat which also affected our sleep. It is very loud in the main bedroom on the ground floor. Industrial grade toilet paper was provided. Around 120 grit. Good for finishing wood projects but less good for human use. Location was nice, the place it’s self is nice and we did enjoy playing games at the large table and spending time together in that large front area. If you plan to bake anything while you stay be ready to wait at least double the time it would take at home. The oven seems not to be able to reach the proper temp. It took a few hours to re heat the lasagna which takes 30-45 minutes at home.

Nice place and nice location

The condo was very nice. We only had 4 of us for a quick golf trip and it was nice that each of us had our own room and full sized bed. Very clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the hot tub and the grill. A little disappointed in the cookware. It was a bit dated and the pans were small. Could have used a larger pan for cooking. Nice big TV in the front room, but the TV plan offered little in quality viewing. Couldn't even get the local channels and had to hook up a streaming laptop to watch any sports. Other than that, it was a great place.

Nice getaway!

The place was a prefect getaway to southern Utah. Enjoyed the pickle ball courts and hot tub. The place was clean and easy to access. Check in and out was very simple. We loved our stay.

Loved the rental! Great user friendly space with up to date furnishings! Very nice! Loved the pickle ball courts, pool, ping pong table and the personal hot tub up on the balcony with a fire pit and cozy outside chairs!

The best place for a group of people exploring Utah!

From the moment we walked in, we were so pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the amount of space there was for our group of 10. From the couch to the dinner table, there was enough space for us to spread out throughout the house. The amenities of the place were great, including the pool. There is a lake nearby called Sand Hollow where we spent some time, Zion is only about 40 mins away and Bryce Canyon 2 hrs away (the drive is worth it!). We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are so happy with the week stay we had at this place!

Perfect getaway!

First let me start with the positive... Excellent location, right off the 15 freeway so very accessible to everything! The house is beautiful and clean with all the amenities you really need to be comfortable. The owner was very responsive on the vrbo app, always got back to me within minutes, and he was really easy to work with. If there was a problem (like no hair dryers, which apparently the previous guest took w/ them), he took care of it immediately. And the service manager on the property was wonderful too - Lacey brought over a dvd player for us, extra towels since we were lacking a couple for our party of 8, a propane tank for the fire pit, etc. Also, we asked for a late checkout a couple days prior to leaving and they granted us an extra hour w/o any penalty. There's plenty of pillows and bedding linens, some board games and a ping pong table in the garage if you're ever bored (which is impossible). So overall...a WONDERFUL experience! Just a couple of little things to note though, so you have a complete and honest review... * The online ad noted a "private hot tub" when we booked it, but it does NOT have one. There is only a community hot tub by the community pool. Really not a big deal, it was hot as hell anyway so it wasn't an issue. I believe the owner has since changed the description, so that's good! *The a/c is pretty noisy and even with the temperature set around 71 upstairs at night, it was really hot in the mornings. I would suggest a couple of standing fans in the bedrooms for added comfort. *REALLY bright in the morning too - sun comes right through the blinds in the bedrooms, which is probably why it's so damn hot. Black-out curtains or just curtains in general would really help. *Need more shampoo/conditioner/soap for the bathrooms! Was given only one tiny hotel-sized bottle of each for 10 nights and we were a group of 8 people. To the owner's credit, it is noted on the vrbo website that you'll have to bring your own after that, plus I didn't call the service desk to ask for more, they might have given it to us. As far as popular places we visited nearby: Sand Hollow Creek State Park - 15 min. (beautiful lake w/ lots of water activities) Zion Tubing - 25 min. (float down the Virgin River for a lazy hour of fun) Zion National Park - 45 min. (highly recommend hiking The Narrows Bryce Canyon National Park - 2.5 hours So if you're planning on going to Zion area, I cannot recommend this place more. We absolutely loved it!

Kid friendly property

We had a lot of fun at this property. Our kids loved the bunk beds and swimming at the pool/hot tub. Very clean and beautiful on the inside! We would definitely stay here again.
