« This lovely home was perfect for us as we spent time together exploring the beautiful fingerlakes area. My husband and I appreciated the cozy 1st floor bedroom, and our daughter enjoyed the 2nd floor bedroom with bathroom and cute little balcony. « This trip was planned as a girls getaway to surprise our daughter (who has three sons) coming up from Florida for a long weekend. We had such a fun time we decided to make it a yearly tradition. The house held all 8 of us comfortably, in a beautiful setting right on Seneca Lake, offering a beautiful display of Gods creation from either of the two decks. LOTS of laughter & love! »

« Went to Keuka lake for the eclipse, the house was in a great location, close to Pen Yan and wineries. House had 3 bedrooms and 1 small bathroom. The annex house of which we had access to had another bathroom ( toilet and sink upstairs and a shower down stairs.) The house on the water had great decks to view the eclipse and the lake. « A nice out-of-the-way cottage style place to stay. Very quiet in the off-season. Hot water is hot, steep stairs to access from the road. Great decks lakeside. Some living room furniture could use updating and the cottage could use some maintenance (awning, dishwasher, outdoor lighting). Queen bed was comfortable and clean. »

The back deck is really nice; private and serene, we would have used it more if the weather was nicer during our stay. « This is my second time staying at the property and I absolutely will recommend it to any small group looking for a home base close to everything in Watkins Glen. I brought my mother for her first time in a VRBO and she loved everything about it. This house is well maintained, love the backyard with no one around, kitchen has everything you need to eat either leftovers or cook for yourself. « We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there. »
